The Fadi is a lightweight, knee-length trench coat in two tones of beige: a light front with darker tan sleeves, edged in brown contrast binding. The stand collar closes with a snap. Instead of a lining, the seams are finished with binding, so it layers easily over a silk blouse, trousers or a dress.

Belted or Open
The belt changes the shape of the coat and adds versatility. Tied at the waist, the belt gives the Fadi a defined waist and a slightly fuller skirt, which suits dresses and longer skirts. Worn open, with the belt hanging at the sides, the coat falls straight from the shoulders and makes a long vertical line, which works great over trousers. For something in between, tie the belt loosely at the back so the front stays open and the back keeps its shape.
1. At the Office
Wear the Fadi open over the Rive Gauche blouse in Ivory and the Liberté Pant in black. The ivory blouse and light beige coat keep the look soft next to the black trouser. With the coat open, the ruffle and the smocked collar of the blouse stay visible. The coat ends at the knee, above the flare of the pant, so the leg still looks long. A pointed heel extends that line.
2. On the Weekend
Pair it with jeans and the Rive Gauche in Ice. Pale blue, beige and denim are an easy combination because they are all soft, cool neutrals. Straight or wide-leg jeans both work with the knee length. Tie the belt at the back and wear loafers or clean white sneakers.
3. For Travel
Wear the Liberté Pant in brown with the St. Germain blouse in Leopard. The brown pant picks up the tan sleeves and brown binding of the coat, and the leopard print repeats the same browns and beiges, for a coordinated look. Because the Fadi is unlined, it is light enough to carry over an arm or fold into a bag, and the side pockets hold a phone and passport.
